You will be supported during your build out and as you prepare your store for the grand opening. We employ a carefully developed site selection strategy to establish your exclusive territory based on information drawn from our most successful stores, including population density, traffic patterns, market statistics, demographics, and proximity to commercial and retail centers. You will receive basic floor plans and specifications that will only require minor modifications to meet local or state codes.

Site Selection Criteria:

      •  Territory of 30,000 people and 5 mile radius
      •  Typical unit is Delivery/ Carry Out with minimal self-serve
          Dine In -1400 to 1600 square feet
      •  Strict Delivery/Carry Out units are very effective
      •  Flexibility to add additional Dine In to the point of Full Service
      •  Full Service Dine In, Delivery and Carry Out units also available
          at 1800 square feet or more
      •  Build out process takes 60-120 days
      •  Conversion opportunities can speed up the process
